Industry Awards 2007 FORT WORTH, Texas (BUSINESS WIRE) - April 2, 2007 - Crescent Real Estate Equities Company (NYSE:CEI) today announced that its Fountain Place building in downtown Dallas has received the Environmental Protection Agency's prestigious ENERGY STAR award, the most recognized national symbol for energy efficiency. Over the years Crescent has made many enhancements to the mechanical systems and controls in Fountain Place which have resulted in significant savings to building owners, customers, and to the environment at large.
