Answer: The building is 60 stories, of which 58 have offices. The building is 720 feet high.

Answer: The plaza's water art is comprised of 172 bubbler fountains in the pools and 360 fountainheads in the Central Court Fountain.

Question: How hard is it to clean the Windows on the building?
Answer: The Windows are cleaned by using a system of rails strategically positioned on the exterior of the building, which accommodates an automatic scaffolding system.

Answer: 26,000

Question: Who designed the building?
Answer: The office tower was designed by I.M. Pei & Partners, the Fountain Plaza was designed by award Winning landscape architect Dan Kiley.

Question: What type of trees are in the plaza?
Answer: They are bald cypress trees. The cypress tree is a hardy and fast-groWing, native Texas tree which already graces some of the most scenic attractions in the State, including the Fort Worth Water Gardens and the San Antonio Riverwalk.
